Job description of the secretary:

Performing administrative and executive tasks in the committee
Coordinating the activities of the committee based on the university’s statute, regulations, directives, approvals of the central council, and thestrategic plans
Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the groups, councils, and units of the committee
Reporting the activities of the committee to the central council of the university
Monitoring the activities of all individuals involved in the committee
Cooperating in holding the elections of the school’s assembly of committees
Overseeing the execution of research-related plans and activities in student research centers of the school and directing the activities of the committee
Coordinating scientific and research visits of the members from conferences, symposiums, seminars, and domestic as well as foreign research centers
Conveying the needs of each part of the committee to the head of the student research committee
Establishing an appropriate system to receive students’ proposals and criticisms on the performance of the committee
Participating in the meetings of the university’s central council as the representative of the school’s student research committee
