Job description of the expert of student affairs

• Cooperating with the university’s vice-chancellery for cultural and student affairs on issuing health insurance cards to the applying students 
• Paying emergency, marriage, and housing deposit loans to the applying students who meet the requirements in each academic year
• Settling accounts with graduated students and sending their file to the university’s vice-chancellery for cultural and student affairs
• Paying educational and housing loans for the applying students who meet the requirements in each academic year
• Helping the students applying for loan in the completion of the notarized commitmentformand opening bank accounts for them
• Registering freshman students and filing their records and documents in the office
• Guiding students on how to utilize facilities offered for them in the university
• Cooperating with the registrar’s office in the management of exam-related matters
